This Commission was established by City Ordinance: Chapter 2 Administration, Division 4 Beautification Advisory Commission. Amended by Ordinance O-17-643 to reduce membership. (CM-06-239-17)

Composition
There are 11 members on this Commission. In addition, there are 2 non-voting members - one is a member of City Council and the other is a City staff liaison



Terms
The Commissioners serve three year terms that expire on February 28.

Purpose
To consider and propose programs which would improve the physical appearance of the community and implement such programs as may be approved by the City Council; annually organize and carry out a short-term campaign to encourage citizen participation in activities designed to beautify the City; and report blight to the Code Enforcement Division of the Department of Technical and Planning Services.
