Oak Park Summerfest
>Join us on Saturday, July 29 from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. for Oak Park's premiere summer event, the Oak Park Summerfest at 14300 Oak Park Blvd., Oak Park, Michigan. This year we are featuring the Oakland County Parks' 7th Annual BBQ Battle and a classic car display. We'll have live entertainment, including Larry Lee and Back in the Day. We'll be serving up a mini pub, with craft beers and domestic wines. We'll have a food court with BBQ fare, kabobs, pizza, elephant ears and more. And, our KidZ Zone will host the Cranbrook Bat Zone, Michigan Native Butterfly Farm, the Oakland County Parks' Inflatables, rock climbing and Detroit Imagination Works puppet making and spin art. The event admission is free. And, the Oak Park Pool and Mini Golf will also be open. Following are the details:
