Sealed proposals for 2017 Program Year Yard Services Contract will be received by the Oak Park City Clerk at the City Hall, 14000 Oak Park Blvd., Oak Park, MI 48237, until 10:00 A.M. local time, Tuesday, May 15, 2018, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud.

The project consists of a total of $29,800.00 in 2017 Program Year Funding:

• Lawn Mowing – Summer of 2018
• Snow Removal – Winter of 2018 / 2019
• Yard Clean Up – Summer / Fall of 20119

The contractor understands that the term of this contract is for twenty-four (24) months or when the 2017 program years funding has been expended, whichever comes first. The City shall have the right to not extend this contract for any reason or for no reason at all. The dates for completing the above mentioned work, as set forth in the contract, must be adhered to by the contractor, and any additional work will be scheduled by mutual agreement between the parties.

The City of Oak Park, Michigan reserves the right to reject any and all bids in its sole discretion, in whole or in part, for any reason or for no reason at all. Any informalities or irregularities in bids may be waived by the City of Oak Park for any reason, or for no reason at all, in the sole discretion of the City. Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the actual date of opening thereof.
