Background Checks & Clearance Letters
Local background checks and clearance letters are available upon request. The background checks are conducted for contacts within the City of Oak Park / Oak Park Department of Public Safety ONLY.
Residents: Free
Non-Residents: $5.00

Notary Public
Notary Public Services are available Monday through Friday 8:00am – 4:00pm. A valid ID must be presented. A signature must occur in the presence of the Notary Public.
Notary Fee: $5.00

Bicycle Licenses (Residents Only)
To register your bicycle with the Oak Park Department of Public Safety, identifying information is required. This includes the make/model, serial number, wheel size, and owner information.
