Tuesday, November 24 | 6:00-7:30 pm | Ages 12-18

This program turns social media use into an opportunity to strengthen creative writing and critical thinking skills. Reels, shorts, and TikToks are really just tiny stories, and you don't need expensive equipment to tell a good story—all you need is a good idea and a reason for people to keep watching. Writer/director Lauren Horne, past president of the U of M Black Film Society, will lead this free class for teens.

This program will take place in the Community Center's Room B. Please park in the Community Center lot and enter through the main entrance.
