It is Not Too Late to Vote Absentee

It's not too late to vote absentee!  A person is eligible to vote via Absent Voter's Ballot if he or she:

• is 60 years of age or older
• is physically unable to attend the polls without assistance • has been appointed an election precinct inspector in a precinct other than the precinct where he or she resides
• expects to be absent from the community in which he or she has registered for the entire time the polls are open on election day
• cannot attend the polls because of the tenets of his or her religion
• cannot attend the polls because he or she is confined to jail awaiting arraignment or trial

Absentee Voter's Ballots are available in the Oak Park City Clerk's Office until Monday, August 1 at 4 p.m.
