The Department of Public Safety cordially invites you to attend their annual Open House on Saturday, September 24 from 1 to 4 p.m. The Open House will be held at the Public Safety buiding at 13800 Oak Park Blvd., Oak Park, Mich. The staff will be conducting tours, holding demonstrations (fire truck, police vehicle, firearm simulations, and evidence processing). Gift bags and light refreshments will be available. This is a family-friendly event that has the potential to inspire the next generation to become firefighters, police officers and public safety officers - you just never know!
