CIA Grants

Oak Park Corridor Improvement Authority District businesses are eligible for grants throughout the year.

Grant opportunities are emailed to all Oak Park Corridor Improvement Authority District businesses and are announced on our social-media channels.

Businesses within the Oak Park Corridor Improvement Authority District are encouraged to apply for the following grants: 

Facade Improvement Grants

Our Facade Improvement Grants provide financial assistance with facade improvements, signs for new businesses, awnings, lighting and murals.

Submit an online application or complete and return our  facade-improvement-program-application.pdf  to be considered.

Michigan State University Federal Credit Union – Main Street Connected Grants

Michigan State Federal Credit Union’s Main Street Connected Grants are available twice a year in the spring and fall. Businesses can apply for a matching grant up to $2,500.


Michigan Economic Development Corporation – Match on Main Grant:

Businesses can apply for up to $25,000, with a 10 percent match, through the Match on Main Grant. This funding is offered once a year and applications open in March.
