On Friday, July 17, 2026, at approximately 2 a.m., Oak Park Public Safety Officers were dispatched to 21301 Meyers Road on a report of
suspected gun shots.
Responding Officers arrived on scene and located a 27-year-old male with an apparent gunshot wound, deceased in a vehicle. No
other injuries were reported as a result of the incident. The Oak Park Public Safety Investigations Bureau is conducting
a full investigation.
