The Oak Park Corridor Improvement Authority has established two Main Street committees which are volunteer-driven, specialized working groups that implement the "Four-Point Approach"—organization, promotion, design, and economic vitality — to revitalize downtown districts.

These committees foster community engagement, enhance physical spaces, support local businesses and market the District to boost economic development.

Committees meet on an as-needed basis.
