To pay a bill online, click on one of the categories below:
Point and Pay charges a 3 percent processing fee on all transactions (minimum of $1.50 per payment). Residents choosing to pay bills using credit/debit cards will now see this vendor listed on all related statements etc. Please note: Point & Pay applies a 3 percent processing fee to all transactions, with a minimum charge of $1.50 per payment. If you choose to pay using your credit or debit card, you will see Point & Pay listed on your statements and any related payment records.
To avoid this service fee, you can pay with cash, check or certified funds at the City Clerk’s Office at 14000 Oak Park Blvd.
Traffic tickets are not routed through the Point and Pay system, so must be paid for online through GovPayNow.com.

Important billing reminder
Your City of Oak Park utility bill is due on or around the 20th of each month but could be up to three business days sooner or later depending on federal holidays, weekends, and the USPS mailing timeline among other things.
The Utility Billing Division is responsible for the billing and collection of fees for water, sewer, stormwater runoff, infrastructure, rubbish collection and industrial waste control.
Department staff also reads and maintains all water meters and assists residents in locating water leaks in their homes.
The Utility Billing Office is open Mondays through Thursdays, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and every other Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Residents can contact the Utility Billing and Collections Division at (248) 691-7470.
