The Oak Park Event Hub, completed in June, 2026, is ready for your event!

This 4,200-square-foot, all-season event space is equipped with integrated audiovisual technology, roll-up garage doors for open-air programming, a commercial kitchen as well as indoor and outdoor seating.

With an adjacent band shell and a massive grassy area, this is the next level of event and entertainment venues.

Capacity: 200 seated

Hours available: 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.

Parking: Free parking is available in front of Oak Park City Hall, Oak Park Library and an adjacent lot.

Cleaning: There is a required $250 cleaning fee.

• Linen-less tables and chairs to create your desired floorplan
• Full audiovisual capabilities
• Preferred catering and alcoholic beverage vendors for easy planning
• Onsite commercial kitchen

 Event insurance: Renters must obtain special event liability insurance for events held at the Oak Park Event Hub.

 Security: The Oak Park Event Hub requires security guard presence for events with more than 100 guests. Renters are required to use Oak Park Event Hub’s contracted security company.

 How to book: An executed agreement and a non-refundable deposit of 50 percent of the total rental fees will reserve the Oak Park Event Hub for your event.
