Looking for a space to grow your business? Our commercial kitchen is a welcoming space where food entrepreneurs, caterers, bakers and chefs can cook, create and grow.

Whether you're preparing for a special event or expanding your business, this professional space has the flexibility to bring your vision to life.

Kitchen users are required to carry a business license, insurance, a ServSafe Certificate and a food license from the Oakland County Health Department.

Rental packages

Package 1

10 hours per month for $250 and $25 for each additional hour

Package 2

20 hours per month for $400 and $22 for each additional hour

Package 3

30 hours per month for $600 and $20 for each additional hour

Package 4

40 hours per month for $700 and $18 for each additional hour
