Most District Court forms are available through the State Court Administrative Office (SCAO) at courts.mi.gov.

Paying correction facility or court fees

You can pay online at allpaid.com using Pay Location Code 2248.

The court also accepts:

  • Discover
  • Cash
  • Personal and business checks (with restrictions)

Checks are not accepted for bonds, restitution, starter checks or accounts with previous non-sufficient funds activity. Service fees may apply to credit card payments.

Collections and payment plans

Fines and costs are due at the time of sentencing. If you cannot pay in full, you may ask the judge for a payment plan through the Collections Department.

Public records

The court provides online access to public Records of Action. Non‑public cases will not appear. These online records requests are a convenience and not official court records.

For official records, submit a written request with a $1‑per‑page copying fee.
